We stayed at a resort that was under an active volcano called the Arenal Volcano.
It spewed steam or lava about every 30 minutes.
Rain forest surrounded us everywhere and there were 25 hot springs to set/bath or rest in, all fed by the volcano. The temperatures ranged from 101 to 110 degrees. It was amazing.
